Fur Real, An Animal Portrait Workshop

In a one-day workshop, students will create a pattern from one of the provided photographs, learn how to make realistic eyes and noses, and be well on their way to creating a memorable art quilt wall hanging. Choose the dog, cat or bird. See NOTE below…
NO Sewing Machine Required!
Each student will need to bring a small pair of sharp scissors, such as Karen Kay Buckley’s green or blue-handled scissors, and a light box, if available.
Class Kit Fee: $40, payable to Instructor in class.
Any additional details will be sent within 10 days to 2 weeks of the class.
NOTE: This first class teaches you the technique of portraiture. A two-day class will follow to make a portrait of your own fur baby from a photo you submit to the instructors to prepare a pattern for you.
