As you stitch your way through each clue, you’ll follow fabric sleuth Lara Langston as she returns to the Hawaiian islands, where the rhythm of the ocean promises rest… and delivers anything but.
We hope you’ll join us for the M50 Mystery #4, Surf’s Up. This mystery is a virtual event happening in our Mystery Five-0 Facebook Group in June and July, with the reveal in August. A mystery clue will be emailed to registered quilters each week in July. The reveal patterns (yes, there are two choices for setting your blocks) will be emailed on July 29th. Quilters register to participate in Surf’s Up by purchasing $50 (or more) in-store or online, including fabric, notions, batting, classes, quilting services, or an M50 gift certificate for later use. [adjust as needed]. Both settings for Surf’s Up (Hang Ten and Riptide) measure 60”x76” and feature the same beautiful fabrics. Our carefully curated kits reveal ALL of the fabrics we’ve chosen for Surf’s Up – no mystery here – you get EXACTLY what you see. OR, if you want to dig into your stash, we will share a video (late June) in our Facebook Group that will help guide you with your fabric choices.
While the name of the quilt is Hawaiian-themed, the design of the finished quilts are NOT. Choose fabrics that appeal to you, and you are sure to love your finished quilt.
